Saturday, May 2
- 2:00pm - Not a shower in the kitchen, but a KITCHEN SHOWER for Everyone!
The Friendship Center Kitchen is heavily utilized for church ministry. Join us for an all-church event to supply the kitchen with much needed upgrades in order to enable kitchen volunteers to more easily provide large and involved food service for church activities and family services (memorial receptions).
As a convenience, there is a link/ QR code here and posted on a presentation board in the Narthex to invite you to purchase something from the First Lutheran Longmont gift registry. The registry is with Amazon, and all deliveries will be made to the church.
https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/ESXQ7TEYACR0
You may certainly purchase an item from any store or select a comparable item that has a better price. On the presentation board is also a flyer listing the same gifts shown on Amazon for you to take home to select and purchase through another supplier. Please have all gifts purchased before May 2 so they can be at the party. The gift does not need to be wrapped.
In order for the FLW to provide the correct number of refreshments, please take a “Save the Date” ticket from the bowl beneath the presentation board. We will then know how many to expect. It seems “iffy” to have rain this time of year in Longmont, but a bountiful shower is guaranteed indoors on Saturday May 2 ! Come and enjoy the afternoon with us in the Big Room. For questions, please contact Sandy Moore at moorems678@comcast.net
