FLY is First Lutheran Youth.  FLY is a collection of ministries, activities, education, service projects and community centered around middle school and high school youth and their households. FLY includes confirmation, Sunday Education, trips, camps, peer ministry and support and much, much more.

Teen Talk (Grades 6-12) meets in the Fly Room for casual conversations about life and faith Sundays at 10:45am, September to May.

Confirmation Classes (Grades 6-9) prepare youth for participating as adults in the church through the service of Affirmation of Baptism. Youth learn about the Bible, basic faith principles and the work of the greater church. Classes take place September-May on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month from 11:45-2:00 p.m. and include lunch.

Summer S'mores and Scriptures for College and High School Students is a time for youth to enjoy outdoor games, snacks, fire pit with s'mores and caring conversations about faith and life. Gatherings are scheduled monthly May-September, 7:00-9:00 p.m. Please see the church calendar or contact Deacon Korra for dates and locations.

Service Opportunities offer youth various ways to make a positive difference in the lives of the community.  This includes activities such as baking cookies for the "Little Free Pantry", making bags of food for "Friendship IncrEdibles", and participating in "God's Work. Our Hands".

Sky Ranch Lutheran Camp offers the opportunity to spend time with friends up in the mountains through Confirmation Intensive Camp, Household Weekend Camp, and Youth Week Long Camp.

ELCA National Youth Gathering happens every three years. Thousands of high school youth and their adult leaders from across the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America gather for a week of faith formation. Through days spent in interactive learning, worship, Bible study, service and fellowship, young people grow in faith and are challenged and inspired to live their faith in their daily lives.
