Saturday, September 12

  • 5:30pm – Worship - Pastor Todd will be preaching and presiding followed by Pizza party in the Fireside Room

Sunday, September 13

  • FLW - There will be no FLW meeting in September. Our regular meeting day falls on September 13 which is GOD'S WORK. OUR HANDS Sunday! We all need to focus our energy on those projects happening that day. Our next meeting will be October 11 at 8:30am in the conference room.  Thanks for all you do!  Sally Campbell.
  • 9:30am - Worship and Livestream
  • Coffee and Doughnuts will be available in the Friendship Center (Big Room) today.
  • 10:45am - GOD’S WORK. OUR HANDS.

    • Visiting the Our Center and transporting donated diapers-Meet in the Conference Room with leader Holly Kennan
    • Vrain Manor tour and visiting the residents-Meet in the Fireside Room with leader, Raph Ponfick.
    • Parish House-Meet on the porch of the Parish House with leader Vicki Hergott
    • Bagging Rice and Beans-Meet in the upper level of the parking lot with leaders Lorraine Stromquist and Dorothea Ekx. 
    • Tying Quilts for LWR-Meet in the Friendship Center with leader Char Lemke. 
    • Hearing from the ladies from Burma with Lutheran Family Services-Meet in the Friendship Center with Deacon Korra.

Thursday, September 17

  • 1:00pm-3:00pm - Budget Committee meeting in the Conference Room
  • 10:30- Lectionary Study in the Fireside Room - The Thursday Morning Bible Study is being converted…. to a lectionary study!  Ever wondered about the biblical passages read in Sunday worship?  Ever wanted to know more about them — their context, their tie (or lack of it) to the other readings, what to make of it all?  Starting this coming Thursday at 10:30 a.m., we are going to talk about the readings for worship on the following weekend.  If you have brilliant ideas, you might be quoted in the Sunday sermon.  So, come and see — and participate.  It’s going to be a great adventure, for more information contact Pastor Stephanie.
  • 4:00pm - Personnel Committee Meeting in the Conference Room
  • 5:00pm-6:00pm - Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Meeting in the Conference Room. This committee will guide the congregation through the Reconciling in Christ (RIC) process offered by Reconciling Works. The purpose of the RIC Program is to ensure the welcome, inclusion, celebration, and advocacy for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions; work for racial equity and commit to anti-racist work and support the national program.   • 7:00pm-8:30pm – Chancel Choir Rehearsal – Anyone who enjoys lifting their voice in song is welcome to join us!
